Our Honorees
Daniel Giesberg is a lifelong member of Leo Baeck Temple, with a multi-generational history in our congregation. From 2001–2003, he served as the Temple's president.
Dr. Jill Halper, Lisa Hillman, and Elizabeth Jacobs are three extraordinary Leo Baeckers who envision a world in which no mourner grieves alone. At LBT, they are all proud founders and co-chairs of the Chesed Companionship Program, which has been supporting congregants during their grief journey for nearly six years by training and matching dedicated congregant companions with mourners in our community.
