After the service, please join us for a "bring your own picnic dinner and a beautiful evening at the shore. You won't want to miss it!

Selichot Learning, Havdalah, Oneg, & Services
Saturday, September 28

We are excited and honored to welcome Rabbi Jonathan Slater as he joins us in our Selichot observance. You will have several opportunities to engage and learn with Rabbi Slater as he will be joining us for a day of learning and reflection. Rabbi Slater will be leading our torah study during our regular minyan service beginning at 9:30am. Potluck lunch will follow. Following lunch from 12:30-2:00, Rabbi Slater will be leading a session on meditation and mindfulness. We will conclude the day with our Selichot learning session with Rabbi Slater at 6:30pm, followed by our Selichot service at 8:30pm.  We are thrilled to gather for our annual Selichot service, featuring Cantor Hass and our LBT choir, as well as a special communal ritual of changing all our Torah covers from their year-round colors to their High Holydays white! Don’t miss this one-of-a-kind evening in the Jewish year – we will study and pray and sing together like never before!
