Join us to sit and reflect for 10 Mindful Minutes! Embrace the opportunity to stop, center, and rest in simplicity together with a brief weekly teaching, guided meditation, 10-minute silent sit, and a chance to share reflections. We welcome all levels of familiarity, for those just beginning to more experienced meditation practitioners.
