As we are searching for our next Senior Rabbi,  Our Community, Our Future is the initiative that will guide this process. At the center of it, is our LBT community members. Every conversation, every idea, and every hope you share will directly shape the vision that guides our process. This is not just about choosing a spiritual leader, it is about making sure the heart and soul of Leo Baeck Temple reflects the voices of its members. 

 Listening Sessions - Make Your Voice Heard
People have been excited about our “Visioning Our Tomorrow” listening campaign, and many of you are asking about getting involved. Members of our Visioning Our Tomorrow Committee will lead the listening sessions together with our Board of Trustees, reflecting our shared commitment to community and inclusion. We have scheduled numerous sessions on varied days of the week and times of the day, each with the same structure, designed to give everyone a chance to be heard. Your participation is essential to shaping our connected future.
    ●  All of our listening sessions on the schedule will be held in person at Leo Baeck Temple.
    ●  All of these sessions are designed for the broad participation of our entire community. We have provided many options of times and dates to accommodate the varying schedules of our members. So please choose whichever session is most convenient for you.
